Tradition & Spécialités is an agro alimentary company specialised in the import- export.

The company was created in 2001 and its offices were in Sartrouville, near Paris. At this time, its activity concentrates on fresh products such as salads and antipasti that it imported and exported on the European market to different customers: Industrialists, wholesalers, hotels and restaurants.

2003 Tradition et Spécialités starts producing frozen products. The company moves on to Herblay, still near Paris. Our experience makes possible for the company to export frozen fruits and vegetables to Europe.

2006 the company has a new logo, more contemporary and original, made of a plate, a fork and a knife. It goes with the new range of frozen products developed by Tradition et Spécialités which are: ices, skewers, carpaccios of meat and fish.
