BROCHETTE CHIKEN DATE COOKED LIKE TAJINE

- 24 brochette chicken dates Tradition et Spécialités
- 2 onions
- 3 strings of garlic
- 150 g of almonds
- 25 cl vegetable stock
- 4 ladles of oil
- 3 ladles of honey
- 6 corianders
- 1 coffee spoon of ginger powder
- 1 coffee spoon of cinnamon
- A bit of saffron
- Salt, pepper
Warm up the brochette in a oven, a grill or microwave. Cut the onions, and put them into a pressure cooker with some oil and let.
Put some spices on the brochettes, salt and pepper. Cover the brochette with some honey.
Glaze the almonds in a pan.
Put the almonds and brochette into the pressure cooker, add the coriander, the garlic and the vegetable stock.
Shut off the pressure cooker and let cook 20 minutes at light fire.
